About the Artist: Kyri Spenner is a 14 year old artist that lived in Washington D.C. for 10 years before moving to Christchurch, NZ. Kyri has been painting with watercolor for two and a half years. She has no previous publications but aspires to become known so she can help raise awareness about climate change and the detrimental effect it is having on our beautiful world. Kyri loves to paint greenery and colorful landscapes to represent what nature should look like, serene and peaceful but most importantly unaffected by climate change.
